PSR Construction and Management, LLC was founded by Adriana Duarte, Enoque Rodrigues, and Simeon Franklin in 2009. PRS is a small business-owned company based in Maryland that has offered a range of construction services in the DMV area for over 15 years. We specialize in construction project management, handling projects up to 1.5 million in value. We have vast experience in both commercial and residential renovation. PSR has a professional management team that ensures quality workmanship, efficient execution, and effective project management throughout. Through the years, PSR has completed some outstanding professional projects that helped our company build trust with our clients. In the commercial field, we are proficient in ceramic tile and quartz/granite countertops. We are capable of reading architectural drawings and performing the project per state and county codes and standards. In the residential field, we specialize in all sectors of the construction including kitchen and bathroom remodeling, basement build-out, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, drywall, and painting. PSR has worked with some prestige companies in the DMW as subcontractors and has delivered always the most outstanding products to our clients. PSR has been awarded projects as a subcontract for the Catholic University in Washington DC, Bay Village Assisted Facility in Annapolis MD, Two Rivers Community Center in Odenton MD, Visitation Community in Frederick MD, Point Street Apartments in Baltimore MD, True Food Kitchen Restaurant in Bethesda MD, Colony Grill restaurant in Arlington VA and more.
